Products purchased at the salon or online may be returned for store credit within 15 days of the date of purchase. The store credit may only be used for other products and not for services. To be accepted for store credit, products must be returned in the same condition as when purchased (including packaging) and must not have been opened or used. It is at the sole discretion of Eva Scrivo Salon management to determine whether a product is eligible for return. Only products that were damaged or otherwise defective at the time of purchase may be returned for a cash refund. There are NO cash refunds for SERVICES provided.
