With the holidays around the corner, I wanted to share some tips on how you can easily refresh your makeup with just a few essentials stashed in your desk drawer or cosmetics bag.
Keep a small container of spray-on toner that you can mist over your face. While the skin is damp, use your fingertips to blend any areas where makeup may have settled, such as under the eyes, around the nose, and at the laugh lines. Next, reapply a tiny bit of concealer under the eyes or wherever you may need it (it’s better not to use concealer on dry skin, which can look cakey).
Then apply a compact powder foundation or a mineral powder with your travel brush, adding a bit more coverage since some of your makeup will have worn off. If any eye makeup has smudged, use a cotton swab with a drop of concealer on it to carefully clean it up. You may also want to add a pop of color with a little bronzer, blush or your favorite lip color.
